We carry out a “Personnel checkup”, and we do it as follows:

STEP 1. EMPLOYEE TESTING

Our work begins with the employee completing an online questionnaire, which takes 15–20 minutes. Afterwards, you receive two reports. One contains graphics, scales and clear descriptions of behavior and motivation. The second contains a meaningful interpretation of strong and dark sides, and potential threats and opportunities.

STEP 2. DEBRIEFING

At the next stage, we conduct a debriefing (individual or group discussion of the test results) with management and staff. We discuss the original characteristics of a person (main psychological makeup), mobilization and adaptive conditions. We train inner-team interaction, taking into account changes that have occurred.

STEP 3. PSYCHOLOGICAL DOSSIER

Based on the data obtained, the patterns identified and business context, we prepare a report for the management to lead the team in the new environment. The psychological dossier contains detailed recommendations for the adjustment of employee behaviors, communication formats, identification of stress factors and a guide to resolving potential conflicts.

STEP 4. ONE-TO-ONE SUPPORT FOR THE MANAGER

Finally, we conduct an individual session with the manager, where we respond in detail to questions raised and thoroughly analyze live cases in terms of typological approach.
